Propertymark One attracts 2,000 visitors

Propertymark’s multi-disciplinary conference for property professionals last Friday attracted in the region of 2,000 visitors through its doors at the Excel London, according to organisers.

The event featured a diverse range of breakout sessions, including a Lettings Legal Update where the expert panel discussed the potential challenges, difficulties and opportunities facing the rental sector. They also looked at how the Renter’s Rights Bill is likely to be implemented and how it will affect letting agents and landlords.

As well as the bespoke breakout sessions, big names entered the stage to give an array of insight and knowledge, such as Daisy McAndrew, Dr Elaine Kasket, Kirstie Alsopp and Professor Steve Peters.

Jason Lee, head of commercial at Propertymark, commented: “We always said we were going to up the ante and provide agents with only the very best quality speakers and knowledge, and I’m pleased to say, we have again been able to deliver on that promise.

“We know how important it is to get together with like-minded professionals and hear about the latest insights and knowledge within our industry to keep you ahead of the curve and respond to the fast-paced market.

“We’re already in exciting conversations discussing next year’s event, and we will only be continuing to host even bigger and better conferences.”
