Following on from its recent launch in Scotland, online property training specialist, The Able Agent, has launched in Wales.

Welsh agents are now able to undertake the full set of Able Agent training, with a view to obtaining the accredited Level 3 Certificates in CePAP (Certificate in Property Advice and Practice), and CeLAP (Certificate in Lettings Advice and Practice).

This launch now sees The Able Agent covering the vast majority of the UK, supporting agents in their efforts to understanding the requirements and regulations of estate agency, lettings and property management.

Whilst the training is now live, the formal qualification exams will go live in Summer 2024, after which time the training specialist will apply for Rent Smart registration. The content is also available in the In-House white label training platform, supporting larger networks with content and qualifications in all nations.
