London-based Deverellsmith, the recruitment specialist for the property industry, has acquired Broomham Recruitment, which specialises in the estate agency and PropTech sectors.
The deal, which was advised by legal advisory and law firm Wright Hassall, is consistent with the group strategy of growing through strategic acquisitions and expanding outside of London.
