A group of independents in the south-west has rebranded from Property Sharing Experts to become the Experts in Property.
It is the second rebrand within five years for the former Westcountry Team association, which broke away from the main Team body.
In 2012, after making the break, Property Sharing Experts had 60 member agents.
There are now over 80 in the network, using a new logo, boards and marketing material.
Steve Moir, chairman of the network, said: “We have expanded rapidly since we became the Property Sharing Experts and the old green logo just didn’t cover a wide enough geographical area any more.
“We are not call centres. We are highly experienced, local agents on the ground, and as such we needed branding to reflect that – the old name and logo just wasn’t good enough.”
Members of the network share their property registers and can take advantage of the network’s extensive training programme as well as its dedicated back office support team.
