And as our friends over at the landlords forum Property Tribes point out, the property industry is particularly rife with scams.
Vanessa Warwick lists a few here but we suspect our own readers could come up with a lot more.

Couldn’t agree more Vanessa. There are two corporate agents I would love to see someone try and reign in…… not a hope I’m afraid.
