Day to day, Penn has advised on and sold some of the largest and most prestigious trophy homes in the London market and of note, his last three house sales in London averaged £65m. In his new role as head of London residential sales, he also oversees Knight Frank’s market-leading network of offices across London.

Penn commented, “I am thrilled with this award at a personal level, but even more so for the recognition of the hard work and expertise shown by our London and private office teams over the last 12 months. They deserve all the credit!

“It is an evolving and dare I say it challenging market, and we are delighted to have delivered for so many clients across London and Country. Since the end of the GFC 13 years ago, it has never felt so important to provide straight-talking advice and a truly personalised service for clients.”
