Pilgrims Property Group, a long-standing agent in West Byfleet, has announced the acquisition of Green & Parry, an independently-run agency based in Byfleet.

Run by proprietors James Griffin and Carla Munro, Pilgrims has built its reputation in the local property market since it was founded in 1973.

The acquisition of Green & Parry marks a new chapter in the Pilgrims’ story, said managing director Carla Munro, as it brings together two respected local businesses that share a common ethos and dedication to client care

She commented: “Green & Parry was established over 15 years ago and has a highly experienced team in place who have a magnificent reputation, and we will continue to offer vendors and landlords the skillsets rarely afforded at ‘shop floor level’ by the larger and perhaps more cumbersome agents.”

Pilgrims Property Group director James Griffin has accumulated over 30 years of industry experience and continues to handle sales & lettings, as well as Build to Rent developments in London and the South East.
