Picture of the Week: And look how well Purplebricks are doing down under (apparently)

Purplebricks are doing very well down under – and this highly deserving Picture of the Week (or should that be Slip of the Week) is proof. Apparently.

We also thought it would have been rude not to share it with our readers.

Now for the mundane truth: It isn’t from Australia at all.

It’s a genuine board spotted in . . . Wakefield.

So instead of reading  ‘Sold subject to contract’ this sign now reads ‘contract to subject sold’.

Does this negate the need for any post-sale involvement or progression?

So… does the ‘surprise’ from everyone lead me to believe that you’ve never put a window card in upside-down before – just to watch people twist their necks to read it?

    What’s wrong with you all??
