Spotted at OnTheMarket, the property – complete with exposed brickwork – is not actually in **** Treet, but Canal Street, which we’re reliably told is the hub of Manchester’s Gay Village.

As readers will be able to spot, the apparent address did not manage to get through EYE’s smut filter.
