Past president of NAEA joins Adam Day’s new agency start-up eXp UK

The immediate past president of the NAEA has joined start-up eXp UK, which officially launches this week.

Mark Bentley has joined as both a consultant, providing guidance to other agents joining the network, as well as a self-employed agent himself.

His business, Mark Bentley, powered by eXp UK, plans to launch in the UK.

Other recruits to eXp UK include agents from both online and traditional backgrounds, and include Ian Dobrin, who was recruitment director at the Connells group until recently.

All have joined as self-employed agents.

eXp UK is spearheaded by Adam Day, who founded online agent Hatched before going on to work for both easyProperty and Emoov.

The US-headquartered brand is to spread its message in the UK this week, with events in Leeds, Birmingham, Bristol and London.

Day said: “There are still a few spaces at each of the events, so we’d love for agents to come along and check it out, even if they just want to see what the competition is up to.

“They’ll get to meet myself and my colleagues, as well as be able to ask the likes of Mark Bentley and others why they decided to join eXp UK.”

From what I’ve seen of this setup (one of our introducers is signed up) they seem like they are a business that really care about their agents, and want to support agents to be able to do what they love whilst earning good money.

    All for it!

Had some respect for Exp until Adam Day stepped in. Failed 3 other agencies, why would anyone join him.

It’s like Russell Quirk joining Keller William’s, why would any agent join knowing his track record too.
