Humberts has returned to Zoopla, and will be listing sales and lettings properties from six new franchise branches and five new hubs.
The firm, which was bought out of administration in May by new owners Natural Retreats, is continuing to list at OnTheMarket.
Tim Simmons, director of sales and marketing at Humberts, said: “We’re pleased to be returning to ZPG and to now be listed across both Zoopla and PrimeLocation.
“ZPG have demonstrated the value and insight they can bring to both our business and customers and we feel now is the right time to return.”
Charlie Bryant, managing director of ZPG Property Services, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Humberts back to the ZPG platform.
“Their return is another example of an agent really understanding our proposition and the value we can bring to their brand and customers, and we’re looking forward to working with them.”
ZPG says it has now seen hundreds of branches return to its platform since OTM dropped its ‘one other portal’ rule back in February including OTM founding members Douglas & Gordon, Chestertons and most recently Strutt & Parker.
Prime Location? They should close that down.
