OnTheMarket named among best places to work in the UK

OnTheMarket has been named as one of the UK’s best employers in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2023 initiative.

The awards recognise and celebrate organisations with the highest employee engagement and workplace happiness, which in turn helps organisations attract, retain, and recruit employees.

Appearing on the list for the first time, the portal was included in the Medium Sized Organisations category (50-249 employees), after being evaluated across the six key drivers of employee engagement and workplace happiness.

OnTheMarket’s Overall Engagement score was 92%, 17% above the industry average, with 90% expressing Confidence in Management. The portal achieved notable scores in Reward & Recognition (92%), Empowerment (93%), and Wellbeing (92%) and Job Satisfaction (93%).

Jason Tebb, CEO of OnTheMarket, commented: “We are delighted to have been recognised alongside other prestigious companies on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work List.

“At OnTheMarket we take immense pride in our workforce and believe that by empowering our skilled and talented professionals the business will be stronger as a result, providing a better quality service to our customers.”

Hertfordshire-based estate agent Ashtons also features on this year’s list, which you can access here.

Ironic, after they screwed up the workplace for agents.

It was better when zoopla had more market share.

Can’t  believe agents use them still.

Switch off rightmove dates? I’d join tomorrow

That explains everything – they’ve obviously been too busy enjoying themselves to answer any of my previous 4 emails….
