OnTheMarket gets set to go back on TV highlighting ‘new & exclusive’

An OnTheMarket TV advert will be back on screens from Monday, once again emphasising the portal’s “new & exclusive” proposition.

OTM said that its new campaign will reach 29.5m adults who will see it an average of 4.1 times.

 The 30-second and 10-second adverts will run on ITV, Channel 4 and a selection of digital channels, including many on Sky. It will also run on the catch-up services of the ITV Hub, All4 and Sky, as well as appearing on the Videology and Finecast networks.

On ITV, OnTheMarket has secured spots within the new drama series Sanditon, and Grand Designs on Channel 4.

From mid-September OTM is due  back on the radio with a national campaign, with presence in Heart FM, LBC, Virgin, talkSPORT, Radio X, Kiss FM, and Absolute Radio, as well as many local regional stations. This includes, among others, Metro Radio and Viking Radio in the North of England, and Clyde 1 and Tay FM in Scotland.

Helen Whiteley, OTM’s commercial director, said: “Our marketing mix is working and it is generating value for our estate and letting agent shareholders and customers.

“This latest multi-channel activity is designed to build further the levels of awareness of our brand and of our ‘new & exclusive’ proposition among serious property-seekers who are looking for a new home.”

    As I move towards the end of my OTM V1/2 Contract, exiting early 2020, I can continue to comment from the perspective of paying monthly OTM’er.

     

    I like New & Exclusive. I hate this DREARY Ad!

     

    For **** sake OTM, come up with something fresh, with some real spark of life, something that leaves a really positive impression!!!

     

    The “players” in this Ad look as if they are being forced to perform whist wearing extremely damp underwear with the added threat of being made to shop at Ikea, Homebase, Aldi & Lidl for the rest of their lives …..unless ….they D R O N E ………Oaaaawnnnn The Maaaaarket!

     

    OTM could have saved the £5 they spent on this Ad? ……by simply filming Sheep either baaaa’ing or YAWNing in a field, and they could have used a mobile phone to film that!

     

    I’m off for counselling re the Depression I have suffered watching that YAWN The Market Ad!

     

    …….Fecking Dreary, Woeful, Uninspiring OTM Ad.

    RIGHTMOVE are on the way out anyone who says they need them and continue to pay them are fooling themselves get on board with RMEXIT believe in yourself times have changed, with social media and  OTM you can sell just as many properties and save a packet, put the savings towards a new member of staff or treat yourself to a new motor,  can’t wait to see their end of report on the amount of agents who have left, dozens in the Northeast have left of late and many more are leaving on 31st October they have called it RMEXIT.
