Online letting firm embraces TikTok with over 350k views in two weeks

LettingaProperty.com has turned to TikTok in order to reach younger audiences, including a number of prospective renters, and has successfully clocked up more than 350,000 views in two weeks.

The idea behind choosing TikTok aws part of a wider marketing strategy was that the LettingaProperty.com team could deliver tips and advice wherever their landlords and tenants are. Their most popular tip so far – a six-second reminder that 24 hours’ written notice is required before a landlord can visit a tenanted property.

LettingaProperty.com says it is focused on using technology to help improve the rental experience for both landlords and tenants.

Using TikTok to increase the company’s reach is one element of that strategy, with LettingaProperty.com posting new advice every few days.

Founder and CEO Jonathan Daines LettingaProperty.com commented: “Technology has so much potential for enhancing the rental experience. That’s what we wanted to show by using TikTok – just how easy it can be to connect with tenants and landlords in new ways that make renting better for all concerned.

“It’s not always about investing huge amounts of money; sometimes it’s simply a matter of taking some time out to think differently.”
