Online agent eMoov has been named as the seventh biggest crowdfund-raiser of 2015.
eMoov raised £2,622,960, or 262% of its target, on Crowdcube, in exchange for 12.1% of its equity. It attracted 765 investors, with one putting in £575,000.
Adzuna, the jobs, property and cars search engine co-founded by Doug Monro, formerly of Zoopla, came in at tenth place.
Adzuna raised £2,112,916 on Crowdcube, going 140% over its target. It attracted 481 investors, including one who put in £200,005.
Peer-to-peer lending firm Assetz Capital raised £3.2m on Seedrs and came in at number four.
The business, headed by property investment entrepreneur Stuart Law, aims to fund £1bn of loans this year.
The largest crowdfunding round of last year was JustPark, which allows users to rent out their unused car parking spaces. It raised £3,514,110 on Crowdcube, including £500,000 from a single investor.
