Sorry to be a bit late with our Halloween coverage, but we hope you will agree it is worth the wait.
Enter a young estate agent, complete with a Foxtons board.
This special look was created as part of a fashion shoot which involved children dressing up as London’s scariest creatures, including a traffic warden, pigeon and a rat.
The text says of the Foxtons agent that she is the most fearsome.
“Although she’s smiling, she’s possibly the most treacherous of all the terrors, The Estate Agent.
“She can be found driving up property prices while whizzing around in her little car using words like ‘potential’ and ‘character’.
“She’ll take you on her tour of terror to Brixton because it’s the new Shoreditch, then to West Norwood because it has an artisan bread shop now, then to Penge because it’s the new West Norwood, then finally to Croydon to show you a flat you can afford.”
Hmm.
It’s the Foxtons’ board we like, showing a studio flat in Brixton for a mere £995,000.
If true, that really is scary.
