A Northwood franchisee has completed on the sale of a local independent.

Mark Chenery, who owns the Lancaster business of Northwood, has bought the residential business of Fisher Wrathall.

The business will now operate from the Fisher Wrathall premises and the existing Northwood office.

Eric Walker, managing director of Northwood, which is part of the Belvoir Group, said: “We would like to congratulate Mark Chenery on his acquisition, which has added a managed portfolio of 235 properties, as well as a sale pipeline to his business.

“I am sure that the existing high standards of this business will continue and the suite of products offered by Northwood will enhance and improve the levels of customer service provided to new and existing clients in the Lancaster area.”
