Newton Fallowell unveils rebrand, plus a refresh for Goodchilds

Midlands-based estate agency franchise Newton Fallowell, which is part of the Belvoir Group, has launched a rebrand.

The company has also refreshed the Goodchilds brand, which is also part of the Newton Fallowell Group.

Newton Fallowell MD David Spackman said: “This is the first rebrand for Newton Fallowell since joining the Belvoir Group and since I became MD. Newton Fallowell is a fantastic brand, and this fresh new look will help to keep us ahead of the competition.”

He continued: “Estate agency is an ever-changing landscape, and our business has continued to grow and be successful, never more so than in the last 12 months, and we believe there is enormous potential for the brand and for our franchisees going forward.

“Our franchisees were involved throughout the rebranding process and the launch was greeted with great enthusiasm by everyone concerned. We have retained Newton Fallowell’s dominant orange colour but have replaced the contrasting black with navy and tweaked other areas, as well as using new artwork that will help to keep the look fresh and modern.”

The rebrand is being rolled out across the Newton Fallowell network and franchisees will gradually be replacing existing branding with the new look.

“This is another exciting period in Newton Fallowell’s history and after a very successful 2021 we are looking forward to providing Newton Fallowell and Goodchilds clients with continued outstanding customer service in the New Year and beyond,” Fallowell added.
