A new service is launching this month that will allow agents to send personal video messages within their agency-branded emails.
The service will come pre-loaded with over 60 templates and suggested video scripts covering various scenarios. For instance, the video could show the agent greeting the client by name and giving immediate viewing feedback from the property, or inviting applicants to an open house viewing.
The videos can be recorded in the office or, supported by a smartphone app, on the move. They can be sent to just one recipient or thousands, irrespective of their operating systems.
The agent can also opt to receive a notification of whenever a recipient plays a video or clicks a link in the email, making them highly trackable.
The service also includes professionally recorded monthly market reports that can be sent to the agent’s database, adding gravitas to the agent’s marketing.
Estate agency trainer and consultant Richard Rawlings, who has written the scripts, is behind the launch after his firm Agent Centric secured a partnership agreement with American video communications company BombBomb LLC.
The Agent Centric VOX service has, said Rawlings, been undergoing trials in the UK.
He sent Eye a personalised video to announce the launch.
Rawlings said: “There is a serious and urgent need for estate agents to enhance their client communication experience if they are to attract and retain instruction in 2015.
“We are thrilled to be working with BombBomb, especially as they already provide a similar service to over 10,000 users elsewhere including some of the biggest agency brands in the US such as Remax and Keller Williams.
“They have been particularly responsive in helping us develop an enhanced, content-rich, version of this revolutionary new communication tool specifically for the UK market, branded as VOX.”
