New technology ‘allows agents to raise the bar’ – claim

Estate agency platform, Street.co.uk, says that it is offering a brand new CRM product that it believes will help win significant market share.

The multi-million pound platform believes that it is well positioned to completely upend the way agents do business, and claims to already have a waiting list well into 2021.

Underpinned by an ambitious growth strategy, Street has hired 10 new developers since September and will continue to recruit in the coming weeks, allowing the platform to scale.

Co-founded by brother and sister entrepreneurs Thomson and Heather Staff, Street Group is the business behind Spectre, the instruction generation tool.

Heather Staff, co-founder of Street Group, said: “This is completely new technology that allows estate agents to raise the bar – we’ve created software that both agents and their clients want, using deep knowledge of both technology and estate agency. The response during the testing phase was overwhelmingly positive – 94% of the agents who have seen it have requested to be added to the onboarding waitlist.”

Street, which will be officially launched on 24 November, has produced a promotional video.

Thomson Staff, co-founder of Street Group, commented: “Three years is a long project by any standards, but we were determined to design and build every element of the platform from scratch.

“The huge amount of time and talent that has been invested in Street is reflected in its quality and the reaction of agents has validated our decision to take our time. We’ve focused on creating beautifully designed, intuitive technology and believe there’s nothing quite like it on the market.”

Having been one of the lucky ones that have seen a full demo of Street, I can only say that it is so far ahead of any existing CRM that it is hard to explain. If you haven’t seen it then take a look, you are in for a treat.
