The latest annual survey of letting agencies by online repairs reporting service Fixflo has been launched.

Last year’s survey found that 46% of letting agents knew of a landlord who had changed agents due to a repair-related issue.

The survey, the largest of its kind supported by ARLA, drew 250 responses last year and this year aims to attract more.

The information gathered serves to inform lettings processes across the UK, with an aim of increasing efficiency and improving client retention.
