A new property portal for student rentals is gearing up for launch on July 1.

FreshRent is offering a free 18-month trial to agents and landlords wanting to list student properties on the site, and is inviting agents to register their interest.

It claims that it already has over 20,000 rooms listed, and has signed up over 100 launch partners.

FreshRent will offer a Real Time Data Feed. Its normal cost is £24.99 per month, or £249.99 per year.
