A new website describing itself as a ‘pre-portal property platform’ for estate agents has been launched by Mutual.
The new portal, which has also positioned itself as an ‘off-market property platform’ for the public, allows potential vendors to gauge the level of buyer interest in their property.
By listing a property pre-sale, those thinking about selling can actually see the registered buyer interest through their own dashboard access.
The ultimate aim is to test the market and create a list of possible purchasers, thus saving time in the transaction when the property is formally put up for sale.
The portal is the brainchild of Max Fuller, a Worcester-based landlord, who is currently offering agents six months free use.
He commented: “Mutual is a platform which enables agents to pre-market their actual market appraisals as opposed to just their instructions, it places properties during the appraisal immediately into the vision of their registered buyer database, and other registered buyers on the Mutual platform. Creating a wider database for agents to launch properties of their prospective vendors.”
