“There are a lot of great podcasts out there but I rarely finish them,” says the founder of The Estate Agency, Chris Buckler.

The estate agent has launched a new podcast, “EAM: Estate Agency Mastery”, to share what he describes as implementable “golden nuggets” for property professionals across the country.

“I know we are all busy as agents, so my aim was to compact the gold into digestible podcasts that agents can listen to and then immediately take action,” he continued.

The podcast, which has episodes ranging from 10 – 25 minutes promises “to cut the fluff out of longer form podcasts” and aim to help agents “implement best practice into their business”.

Podcast guests include Matt Giggs,Verona Frankish, Russell Quirk, Tanya Baker, Sam Hunter and Stephen Brown who all promise to leave value that agents can immediately implement into their business, whether a neg or business owner.

Simon Gates, who is the first guest on Estate Agency Mastery, talks about habit formation and Google Chrome extensions that offers “hidden information” when looking at competitors listings on Rightmove, giving agents meaningful stats to present to potential clients.
