New offices opened by upmarket estate agencies

Chestertons has opened a new office in west Putney, bringing its number of offices in south-west London to 14 and total network across London to 33.

Amy Reynolds, area director, will head up the new sales and lettings office.

To mark the opening, Chestertons is not quite doing a Foxtons, but is offering one vendor the chance to sell their property for free with 0% commission. The seller will be chosen from a draw.

Meanwhile, Jackson-Stops & Staff has launched a new branch in Reigate, Surrey, expanding its national network to 45 offices.

Pip Ballard heads up the new branch as partner; he has lived in the local area for 30 years and has worked in estate agency in the area for 25 years.

Alan King is undertaking the role of director while continuing his role as a partner at the nearby Dorking branch.

The Reigate branch will initially cover property sales but the team has ambitions to expand into lettings in future.
