A new cloud-based inventory system has launched, offering agents a free trial of five reports.

Inventory Elf’s paperless system delivers pdf files, each of them linking to an interactive online report where each picture can be blown up in high quality.

The system also offers a free app, meaning that reports can be prepared using an iPhone, iPad or any android device with a camera.

For those who prefer using a digital camera, pictures can be uploaded to the cloud control panel.

Features include automatic date and time stamping of pictures, while the firm offers a free UK-based telephone support service.

The website stores and backs up all the reports which, after the free trial, can be bought individually or in bundles.
