Daniel James Residential has announced its first partner agent, as the recently launched estate agents eyes growth via its self employed offering.
Greg and Beverley Sloane previously ran an estate agency in Shrewsbury. Now, they have partnered with Daniel James Residential’s new model.
“As an independent high street agent, we’re breaking the mould by offering partner roles within our business, combining the best of local expertise with the infrastructure to help agents flourish,” said director Daniel James, who previously worked with Keller Williams UK.
“I see a lot of coverage on eXp, Keller Williams, and TAUK, but independent agents like us are also innovating,” he continued. “Having previously been partnered with KW before moving to my own high street, I’m very familiar with the model and am excited to bring an alternative to the table.”
“My backstory is a cold start in Shropshire moved up from London and we’re progressing from solo agent [Daniel James himself] to employed agents and now we’re offering self-employed role,” he added. “A self employed offering with local brand reputation.”
