A new franchise group has launched with ambitious plans for expansion.
Called the Estate Agency Franchise Group, it unites the nine-branch Enfields franchising brand with ten-branch franchise group Urban & Rural, based in Milton Keynes.
Both the Enfields and the Urban & Rural brands are being retained as trading names.
The new group said it aims to become a significant independent property franchise group in the UK.
Director Mark O’Shea said: “We have a model that existing estate agency businesses will be keen to explore if they feel that they have a genuine requirement to add investment and improved technology, support and income streams.
“Similarly we wish to talk to talented agents who have left the high street and are seeking a credible route back.”
