Zoopla has appointed Andy Botha as chief financial officer and a director of the company with effect from April 18.

Both joins from online retail firm notonthehighstreet, where he has been chief commercial and financial officer for the last three years.

He previously spent five years at Betfair where he held commercial and financial roles and was previously at lastminute.com

Botha replaces Stephen Morana.

Botha will join ZPG’s senior team, which includes Paul Whitehead as newly appointed group strategy director.

Whitehead was most recently chief commercial officer at uSwitch, now part of Zoopla, and was previously head of corporate and business development at Channel 4 for six years.
