Industry coach and mentor Bryan Mansell is to set up an in-house training academy for Gazeal, which offers a system that legally binds buyers and sellers to a sale.
The announcement comes after the Government has expressed interest in reservation agreements.
Mansell, who has held managing director roles at Your Move and Countrywide and is now owner of training organisation Allstars, will also assume a non-executive role at Gazeal.
He will work alongside the company to train estate agents signed up to the system.
Mansell said: “Gazeal is the ultimate proptech and customer service platform and is bringing about a long overdue change to the house buying and selling process.
“Taking on this consultancy is the perfect fit for the Allstars portfolio and at the same time gives a long-term commitment to Gazeal so that it can plan and execute a full training programme for its growing membership.
“This ground-breaking scheme will eliminate fall-throughs and in turn also boost an agent’s profitability – great news for the public and estate agents.”
Duncan Samuel, Gazeal’s CEO, said: “Bryan’s belief in our mission to radically improve the whole conveyancing process will help us take Gazeal to the next level of growth.”
Gazeal recently signed an agreement with the Bold Legal Group, the largest association of property lawyers in the country, for its members to join its conveyancing panel.
Other significant partnerships are to be announced shortly.
