A new estate agency has been launched in Edinburgh.
Niksen, located at 32 North West Circus Place in Stockbridge, will primarily focus on residential property sales and new build homes.
The estate agency, which has been co-founded by Ben Di Rollo and Ronnie Napier, launches at a busy time for the local housing market, with buyer demand growing.
Di Rollo was one of the owners of Coulters and also former director at Savills in Edinburgh. He partnered with Napier, ex-managing director at First Task Recruitment, to build an initial launch team of four.
Di Rollo said: “Our focus on in-house resources means we control the quality of our marketing assets, such as photography and videos captured in our own style, which we lend us to achieve more editorial features and far better engagement on social media.”
Napier added: “The Edinburgh market is buoyant, but bound by convention in a sense of approach, so our aim is to add value at every touchpoint and remove some of the barriers that both private sellers and new developers face in terms of marketing.
“Clients can benefit from a one-stop-shop approach where every detail from marketing, the practicalities of readying a property for sale to removals to de-cluttering, it’s all managed by us without hidden costs.”
