A new estate agency, Honey Grove Sales and Lettings, has officially launched in Cwmbran, south Wales, aiming to offer a comprehensive property service in the region.

Founded by Kate and Alex Johnson, Honey Grove provides end-to-end solutions covering acquisition, refurbishment, letting, and sales, positioning itself as a full-service agency for the local market.

Recognising the importance of technology in today’s property sector, Honey Grove has partnered with Alto as its primary property software provider.

“We trialled so many platforms – including Street and others – but Alto just stood out,” said Kate. “The others were clunky, confusing, or missing key features, and they were often far more expensive.

“Alto had everything we needed in one place, including automated marketing tools, compliance checks, portal integrations, detailed reporting, and advanced lettings and sales functionality – and all at a price that made sense for a growing business.”

Kate said that investing in the right platform from the outset was a deliberate strategy. “Starting a business without a robust CRM just wasn’t an option for us,” she added. “We wanted to start as we mean to go on.”
