New CRM software designed to put “agent in control” with digital-first customers

CRM platform Rex Software has announced the launch of Rex Hub, a way for agents to provide vendors real-time, self-serve access to information regarding their home-selling process.

Humanising the digital-first experience, Rex Hub allows agents to give their clients further involvement in the selling process, from inspections and offers, to marketing updates and performance insights.

The platform has been designed to be “as seamless and user-intuitive as possible” for vendors. The agent provides a unique and secure code that takes the client to the portal in one click, where they then have immediate access to critical campaign activity, documents, feedback, performance updates, offers and more.

With Rex Hub, the agent in control to choose what the vendor sees as well as the ability to customise the portal’s front end in their required colours and branding.

    This software is part of the package that all IAD agents are currently using – it is a great tool for being professionally organised. It is simple to add sellers, buyers, and suppliers and keep them all connected. You do need to do the training to get the best out of it but a great space to up your game.
