A new ‘club’ has been set up for letting agents and property managers, offering free training and access to a helpline.
Launched by outsourced lettings support company ARPM, the 50 Club is also designed as a way of increasing business levels for ARPM itself.
It is open to any agent currently managing between ten and 50 properties.
Those who double their managed portfolio within a year will receive a 25% discount on ARPM’s outsourced management fees for the following 12 months.
The 50 Club will also offer free training courses, run by the Letting Training Centre, and 30 days’ free access to its advice line. In addition, discounts to partner companies are also offered – Integra, TraceWise, InventoryBase and Radweb.
ARPM’s business development director Dave Hunt said: “We understand that running a good lettings or property management company is complex, so we have partnered with one of the industry’s leading training centres and other service providers to create a free or heavily discounted support package for our partners.
“All 50 Club members have to do is increase their portfolio to benefit.”
