New agency software ‘packed with solutions to make agents’ lives easier’

Street.co.uk has announced the introduction of its new lettings software officially launched out of beta.

The Lettings CRM, which is now feature-complete, is made with no-off-the-shelf components, and has been completed with a range of workflows, spanning three key areas: Lettings Management, Property Maintenance, and Client Accounting.

Street Lettings says it has seen an ‘incredible’ uptake with over 100 agents actively using the system, all collectively managing thousands of properties across the UK.

Street.co.uk’s Lettings CRM has been developed in-house and built entirely from scratch, following the same path as their Sales CRM. The software provider says its is a ‘solid and robust solution’, suitable for a wide range of agents – large and small.

Street.co.uk has streamlined the entire lettings management process from getting properties market-ready, to staying on top of tenancy agreements – launching features like Commercial Lettings management, and Right to Rent checks which help to facilitate smoother compliance. Alongside this, Street.co.uk has also developed revolutionary digital Property Information Questionnaires which have automated the process of collecting material information, completely eradicating the compliance headache.

As well as the new property management workflow, Street Lettings also offers a maintenance solution fully built into the CRM. Guided by a new workflow, tenants can now submit maintenance requests via the app, with all information syncing directly with the CRM.

Street.co.uk has also upgraded Client Accounting; the CRM is complete with all the client accounting functionality agents require, such as non-residential landlord tax, invoice and statement generation, customised ownership percentages and split payments.

Additionally, Street.co.uk has added more enhanced functionality such as:

+ Suspense accounts

Street.co.uk has also launched a KPI Dashboard which gives agents the ability to custom-build their own personal dashboard.

Street.co.uk’s Dashboard, which saw over 66% user uptake within days of launch, contains over 50 widgets showing everything from tracking goals, noting inspections, and even pulling active maintenance requests.
