Network partners land new deal for independent estate agents

Land & New Homes Network has announced a series of regional masterclass events across the UK in collaboration with LandTech, after agreeing a long-term strategic partnership with the firm behind land finding platform LandInsight.

The first of the events, scheduled to take place in Marlborough, London, Birmingham, Exeter, Wrexham and Leicester, are designed to empower independent estate agents with the knowledge and tools necessary to capitalise on new homes and land opportunities.

According to the Land & New Homes Network, demand for skilled estate agents capable of navigating the land acquisition and development sectors is growing.

Land & New Homes Network and LandTech are offering a hands-on learning experience tailored to enhance the capabilities of agents, with events highlights including:

+ Expert Guidance on Securing New Homes Instructions: Learn how to effectively engage with developers and secure lucrative contracts.

+ Developing a Solid Land Function: Establish a robust land function within your agency to identify and capitalise on land acquisition opportunities.

+ Delivering Top-Tier Development Consultancy: Gain insights into providing stellar consultancy services that exceed developer expectations.

“Our partnership with LandTech for these masterclasses underscores our commitment to enhancing the professional acumen of estate agents in the land and new homes sector,” said Ian Stratford, Managing Director at Land & New Homes Network. “These events are not just about learning but also about creating opportunities for agents to network with peers and industry leaders.”

Jonny Britton co-founder of Landtech added: “I’m really excited to formalise the long-standing relationship between LandTech and Land & New Homes Network with the first in a series of national events for agents, providing our land technology and data solutions to their excellent network of forward-thinking agents, and now developers.”
