Network of west country agents recruits new member – in London

South-west agency network Experts in Property has recruited a London member, Lawsons & Daughters.

The Hammersmith and Fulham agent has joined what was formerly the west country part of the Team association as an affiliate member.

As part of the new partnership, property for sale with all 80 west country offices in the Experts in Property network will now be promoted via the high street offices of Lawsons & Daughters.

For their part, Lawsons & Daughters hope to carve a new place in the market for its specialism in west country property for buyers in their local area.

The firm recently appointed Gary Newman as sales manager after he ran his own successful estate agency in Cornwall before deciding to return to work in London.

Statistics suggest that around 200,000 people leave London every year for other parts of the UK, with a significant proportion choosing the south-west.

Brian Corson, director of Lawsons & Daughters, said: “There is a steady flow of people relocating from London to the south-west, a move particularly popular with families and retirees.”
