Network group tries to lure agents with pledge to help them ‘make money’

Experts in Property, a network for independent estate and lettings agencies in the South West of England, says that it is reducing subscription costs in a bid to increase its membership.

Membership to the network is now £120 per month per office, and includes a range of incentives that may appeal to some agents.

The network has launched its Oh! Hello 2022 Giveaway, an incentive for homeowners to invite network members to value their homes, each valuation an entry into the prize draw to win the £2,022 prize. The prize money, individually branded marketing material, artwork and promotion included in the cost of subscribing to the network.

Each member office has been offered £200 towards a maildrop/direct marketing campaign to target potential clients, and for the first time, the network is offering a half page advert in the Spring issue of its Distinctly Westcountry branded magazine as part of the subscription cost.

The members dashboard and marketing hub is available to members, as well as a Ravensworth Marketing Toolkit, where agents can customise any or all of the Experts in Property-designed marketing material with their own branding to edit, print and/or deliver.

Other potential benefits include an affiliate London office, HR, PR and media support, supplier discounts, networking and knowledge sharing, and additional revenue via client and conveyancing referrals, as well as an extensive, fully subsidised training programme.

Steve Moir, chairman of the Experts in Property, said: “We are always looking for more ways in which we can support our members, to help them run efficiently, attract new instructions and reduce costs. Several actually make money from their membership.

“The ever-expanding library of back office and marketing resources is proving invaluable, and they all wholly embrace our now fully subsidised, online and on-site training using a wide range of trainers, ensuring their staff are fully trained and helping to improve standards in estate agency.”
