National Estate Agent Day is coming – mark your calendar

In a move aimed at strengthening its relationship with estate agents, PropTech provider iamproperty has launched a new marketing initiative it hopes will resonate with both agents and consumers for years to come: National Estate Agent Day.

If the idea strikes a chord, make sure to mark your diary – the first celebration will take place on 26 February next year.

The awareness day has been created and registered with an official spot in the UK National Awareness Days calendar starting next year on 26th February – designed to recognise the profession and celebrate the role agents play in the housing market.

Ben Ridgway, co-founder at iamproperty said: “We thought it was about time agents got the recognition they deserve, so from 2026 they have a day of celebration just for them. We created this date to bring a bit of joy to the industry and to find more ways to celebrate Estate Agents across the UK working hard to deliver results for their clients, through every challenge and opportunity the market has to offer right now and every year.”

Michele Gettins, CMO at iamproperty added: “February will see us launch a very fun campaign for agents and celebrate our Partner Agents in what is already coined the “month of love”. We hope everyone gets involved to mark the date and celebrate their teams.”
