Movemnt teams up with conveyancing ‘six of the best’

Transaction platform Movemnt is now partnered with six of the UK’s top-ten conveyancers based on completions.

These are: Taylor Rose, ONP, Talbots, Gorvins, Muve and LPL. The partnerships are made possible by Movemnt’s integration with LMS.

Part of the Houseful stable, Movemnt gives agents and other property professionals access to data, automated communications and digital services, linking with other Houseful services including Zoopla, Alto, Yourkeys and Hometrack.

Houseful describes Movemnt as “the national home transaction infrastructure for all property professionals”.

Launched in June of this year, Movemnt claims to “increase the flow of home transactions to businesses, driving time-saving and efficiencies for all involved in the process”.

“For agents,” the company says, “this means reducing the average sale time by up to 26 days, reducing fall throughs and an improved sales experience for their customers”.

At launch, Movemnt has integrated over 70 conveyancers and brokers, while over 50 agents and housebuilders have already processed a transaction using its functionality.

The link-up with LMS was announced shortly after launch, followed by Alto integration last month.

Ric Dawson, chief operating officer of Software at Houseful, said: “The key to delivering against Movemnt’s ambition to become the number one national home transaction infrastructure is ensuring that we have a strong network of best-in-class partners.

“Our network of leading conveyancers is proof that steps are being taken to deliver on this shared vision.”

Sharon Beedham, partner relationship manager, ONP, said: “At ONP, we are fully supportive of Movemnt’s ambition to speed up the property purchasing process and are proud to be part of this journey.

“At ONP, and across Movera, we will continue to support brokers and clients with a comprehensive range of market-leading legal property services which are digital when they can be, and personal when they need to be.”
