Moveli expands into new homes

Moveli has officially launched its New Homes division – a significant move in its mission to challenge the dominance of large corporate agencies in the UK’s new-build sector.

The company says its entry into the space is built around two core advantages that distinguish it from legacy players:

1. A social-first marketing strategy. Moveli will lean heavily on social media to sell developments, harnessing the reach of its brokers’ individual networks. Instead of relying solely on corporate advertising channels, properties will be promoted across the personal accounts of Moveli brokers — multiplying exposure and connecting with buyers in the spaces where they already spend their time.

2. A highly motivated broker network. Moveli brokers earn 50-90% commission, meaning each individual agent is personally incentivised to bring in buyers and actively sell developments. Unlike traditional firms, where sales are often left to a centralised department, Moveli’s structure creates a large force of entrepreneurial brokers working together to maximise sales opportunities.

Cof-ounder Ben Littlewood said: “At Moveli New Homes, we’re bringing a fresh approach – powered by social media, and driven by our highly motivated brokers, wrapped in a brand that truly reflects the modern developments we’re selling. Developers want reach and energy, and that’s exactly what Moveli delivers.”
