Merged marketing companies to launch with new name in New Year

Two property marketing companies which merged early this year, AudioAgent and KeyAGENT, are to launch as FocalAgent in the New Year.

Together they provide property marketing services to the UK’s largest estate agency groups, helping to market more than 150,000 properties this year through video, photography, floorplans, virtual viewings, EPCs and enhancement services.

The future for the merged company is to continue growing its customer base and product offerings in the UK property market alongside plans to expand internationally.

The merged entity is now headquartered in a new 13,000 sq ft office in Croydon, and has a headcount of over 120 staff.
