Two new branches are to be opened by Marsh & Parsons this month, with a third due to launch next month.
It will bring the tally of new offices to four this year for the London-based business, which is part of LSL.
The two new offices will be in Richmond and East Sheen. Both office sites have undergone a state-of-the-art refurbishment at a combined cost of £400,000, including the installation of a media wall at the Richmond branch.
Marsh & Parsons will be offering vendors a Foxtons-style 0% sales fee for the first three months.
This represents a discount from the standard 2% commission and will save customers in the area an average fee of £18,000-£20,000, the firm said.
Peter Rollings, chief executive of Marsh & Parsons and formerly of Foxtons, said: “The 0% campaign will help us to build a presence in the area as quickly as possible.”
