Fast-expanding London agent Marsh & Parsons has opened a new office after a refit costing £200,000.
The Queen’s Park office in north-west London, which was remodelled by architects Barr Gazetas, marks something of a geographical departure for the firm which is known for its presence in the south-west and centre of the city.
The branch is the second new office that the flagship LSL firm has launched in 2015 so far, and is its 24th branch in the capital.
There are plans to open another two new offices this year as part of an ambitious growth strategy.
As has become the norm, the firm is offering a 0% sales fee for the first three months.
Chief executive Peter Rollings said that Marsh & Parsons is looking to extend its reputation to “all corners” of London.
Callum Hodgson, previously with Foxtons, will manage sales in the new branch. Tatiana Neves is lettings manager, moving from the firm’s North Kensington office.
