Marsh & Parsons’ boss David Brown steps down after sterling career with parent firm LSL

London firm Marsh & Parsons has a new CEO as of today.

Leading industry figure David Brown is retiring and is succeeded by Patrick Littlemore, who has been with Marsh & Parsons since  before its acquisition by LSL.

Brown took over as Marsh & Parsons’ CEO when Peter Rollings stood down in 2016, after the sale to LSL.

Brown said: “Being the CEO of Marsh & Parsons has been an honour.

“Marsh & Parsons is a business with an invaluable brand, culture and people, and to have been at the helm while the business has continued to perform strongly despite challenging market conditions is something I’m extremely proud of.

“Over the past two years, Marsh & Parsons has won the Sunday Times Best UK Estate Agency of the Year and has continued to increase its office network. I have no doubt that Marsh & Parsons will continue to thrive, and I wish all at Marsh & Parsons and the wider LSL Group every success in the future”.

Ian Crabb, group CEO of LSL said: “David has been the CEO of Marsh & Parsons since 2016. During his time at Marsh & Parsons, David has overseen the ongoing expansion of the business across London, growing the number of offices from 24 to 28 and delivered excellent trading results.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank David for his substantial contribution to both Marsh & Parsons and the wider LSL Group over the last 26 years.”

Brown’s successor Littlemore has 17 years’ estate agency experience and has been with Marsh & Parsons since 2006. Appointed lettings director in 2011, he has built and led Marsh & Parsons’ highly successful lettings and property management business.

Best of luck to you David, in whatever you’re doing next, been great there for M&P.

Shows they’ve really got it right there though being able to promote the likes of Patrick from within. Absolutely no nonsense heavy hitter and congrats to both you and M&P on what i’m sure will be a great time for the business.

By ‘no nonsense heavy hitter’ do you actually mean ‘aggressive bully’?
