Marsh & Parsons has boosted its new homes team with two hires in its residential development and investment department.
The agent has appointed Rory Cramer as head of consultancy and strategy and Alex Greaves as head of sales in the new homes department.
Both join from the CBRE group.
During his eight years at CBRE, Cramer worked on projects in central London including Fitzroy Place, South Bank Tower and One Nine Elms. He previously worked at Hamptons International.
Greaves worked on projects such as the South Bank Tower and Fulham Riverside throughout his six years at CBRE. Prior to this, he worked at Harrods Estates specialising in super prime London property sales and at Chestertons.
Marsh & Parsons RDI business was first started three years ago and advises clients such as Mount Anvil, Crest Nicholson and Frasers Property. It is supported by the Marsh & Parsons agency network of 28 offices located across the capital.
