Marketing firm launches budgeting course for agents

Molly Chesney

MCL Marketing will host a half-day course aimed at property companies later this month.

Taking place on 27th September, the online event is designed to help estate and letting agents make fact-based choices about their marketing budgets in 2024.

Founder of MCL Marketing, and course leader, Molly Chesney, formerly of HomeLet, explained: “The property market is in a precarious position right now, with stretched affordability leading to a reduction in house prices, together with a shortage of rental homes. This has the potential to impact all businesses operating in the housing sector.

“September typically marks the start of the budget-setting period for the following year. However, the danger is that without having a clear view on how key marketing activities will directly impact the company’s objectives, then businesses could end up making dangerous decisions.”

She added: “When faced with pressure on marketing budgets, those controlling the budget need to be confident that they’re making sensible decisions.”

Readers of Property Industry Eye who wish to sign up to the course are being offered a 25% discount. Use the code PIE25.
