Paul Carr Estate Agents Managing Director, David Alexander, who has worked in the business for over 10 years and operated within the industry for over 35 years, has led a management buyout of the company.

Established in 1980, the firm operates one of the largest independent property services businesses in the West Midlands, with 19 offices covering North Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, South Staffordshire and North Warwickshire.

Employing 95 people across the region, Alexander will continue to lead the team supported by a new Board of Directors, Chris Wragg, Daniel Cohen and Emma Besant. All are invested in securing the future success of the business.

David Alexander said:
