Man for trial accused of threatening estate agent

A man is to stand trial after allegedly threatening an estate agent.

Gary Dando, 52, of Nunney, Somerset, appeared before magistrates at Yeovil.

He is charged with damaging a table leg belonging to Cooper and Tanner Estate Agents in Frome, Somerset, on October 6 last year.

He is also alleged to have used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards Quentin Howard-Evans.

Dando pleaded not guilty to both charges and a trial is scheduled for May 21.

Dando was released on unconditional bail.
