Man due in court today after estate agent loses both legs in horror crash

A man is due in court today, charged in connection with a crash in which an estate agent lost both both legs.

Shaun Whiter, 27, has had both legs amputated. He had gone to the help of a friend, Joey Abbs, whose car had a flat tyre. Mr Abbs also suffered a serious injruy.

Jan Adamec, 40, has been charged with two counts of causing serious injury y dangerous driving, the local paper reports.

Shaun is branch manger for independent agents David Lee, in Stansted, Esex. He is a keen sportsman, and has actively helped the firm raise money for charity.
